Reliant Specialty Infusion was founded to fill a much needed gap in care for patients receiving chronic disease infusion therapy. Our founders sought to provide a safe and comfortable alternative to the outpatient and inpatient hospital infusion setting. 

Brad Smith

CEO & Co-founder

Brad’s vision was to create a comfortable and lower cost alternative for patients receiving infusion therapy here in Louisiana. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has founded and run businesses in the specialty pharmacy, home infusion, and medical equipment space for the last 13 years. Prior to that, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry for approximately 10 years. Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2000.
